Seafood Analyst

 

Kontali is a company with great ambitions and we are currently experiencing a growing demand for our products and services. With our recent acquisition of Seafood TIP in the Netherlands and Arendals Fossekompani coming in as new owners of Kontali, we are looking for candidates to contribute to our plans for further expansion.

As a seafood analyst, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Participate in national and international projects within aquaculture and/or fisheries
  • Data gathering, analysis and modelling within a defined aquaculture and/or fisheries segment
  • Identify and develop an industry network for information gathering
  • Combining industry knowledge and network with our available data and information, you will provide understandable and structured insight and analysis on relevant topics to our customers and stakeholders
  • Present results in different formats, both written and oral
  • Project support and administration

 

 

Profile & requirements:

  • Higher education within a relevant field of study (bachelor or master’s degree)
  • A strong will to become an industry specialist within a defined aquaculture or fishery segment
  • Able to passionately present and communicate results, written and oral
  • Able to contribute and cooperate with a multidiscipline and multinational team
  • Analytical and structured
  • Eager to continuously expand your expertise
